This is a DIY Star Trek Halloween costume using two items you probably already have in your closet. A blue dress with short sleeves mimics the standard starfleet uniform for the science and medical department. Black knee high boots also match the uniform. All you need to do is add a Star Trek Insignia pin, and you are instantly have a perfect Halloween costume.
